Welcome back Natalie, we have missed you and are all very excited to be back to our Karate training

We have had fun measuring and converting measures this week.

On Monday 12th January 2015 we had our first swimming session.  We had a great time swimming and enjoyed playing water games.

Today we started learning about Vikings. We made a huge timeline in the hall using a trundle wheel and placed the Anglo Saxons, Vikings, Tudors and Victorians onto it. 

We have looked at some of the events leading to the start of World War 2. Here, Germany is bullying and invading Poland.

Welcome back and happy new year. 

We had a very exciting morning, we found a bottle in the pond with a message in it. The message contained a clue to a place in our classroom where we uncovered a treasure chest full of jewels, money and other exciting things!

A huge thank you year 5 for a wonderful 2014, I have loved every minute. Thank you for all the presents.

A fab Christmas party with lots of dancing, singing and laughing followed by a yummy feast. Thank you too all parents who contributed. We will finish it off tomorrow. Please see the gallery for more photos. 

Christmas Party Time in Year 3!

Year 2 enjoyed their first performance of the infant nativity 'The Lucky Owl'.

We were so proud. We all remembered our lines and spoke very clearly.

We have been writing cinquains this week and today we wrote and performed them. As you can imagine, there was a bit of a Christmassy theme with the poems

We had a great time visiting the animal park on Friday. We fed the giraffes, reindeers, ourselves and met Father Christmas!
